Personal Trainer Plus
Welcome to Personal trainer plus. We are a small group of private personal trainers that help our clients progress by tailoring training to individual or group needs using personalised coaching, target building and consistent feedback. We work with you to develop a set of skills/exercise programs, which you understand and, most importantly, you can use with confidence and develop for yourself into the future.
The common value we share is recognition that there is always a reason why you choose to spend your time and money working with a personal trainer – whatever that reason is we work hard to respect it and put everything we can into helping you achieve it safely and sustainably. Getting you beyond what you believed possible is what gives us a buzz.
Success comes from pushing to make changes in our clients fitness levels, physical skills, weight management or medical rehabilitation. We do this by identifying what you really need as opposed to what you think you want. In particular this involves us being highly aware of individual styles of learning/training and focusing on outcomes and success and not on barriers and difficulties.
We concentrate on what is available and what is best for you and look to use this to full advantage to provide an overall functional body workout. We are happy to come to where you are or for you to come to us. We like to work outside whenever we can but we can achieve just as much working indoors. Variety is important; no two sessions are the same as we always need to respond to where you are and your goals both overall and at any given moment. We also always try to keep it fun; there is no reason why functional and effective exercises need to be a chore.
Every training program we create is unique. They range from the classic regular weekly one on one personal training sessions that last for one hour through to short term assignments where a particular goal is focused on 100% in preparation for specific event.
